Refunds + Exchanges

We sincerely hope that you love your candle and work hard to make sure that every product that leaves our facility meets all of our high standards. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or wish to return your item, Moment At Home will refund or exchange unopened & unused items that were purchased at full price within 30 days of your purchase date.

As we complete a thorough testing and inspection process prior to shipping any candles, we cannot refund used products.
