PROCESSING
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time around major holidays.
SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
If your order does not meet this minimum requirement, shipping options will be available at checkout.
We do not ship internationally at this time, but are actively considering options to deliver to additional markets.
TRANSIT TIME
Standard shipping: 1-5 business days.*
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.*
Occasionally these times may be delayed due to the shipping company. Additionally, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO destinations.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope that you love your candle and work hard to make sure that every product that leaves our facility meets all of our high standards. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or wish to return your item, Moment At Home will refund or exchange unused items that were purchased at full price within 30 days of your purchase date.
As we complete a thorough testing and inspection process prior to shipping any candles, we cannot refund used products.

BULK ORDERS
All bulk orders are made to order and will be considered final sale. Unfortunately these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All 'on sale' products will be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounts and/or promo codes cannot be combined with sale items.
