What is the shelf life of a Moment At Home candle?

First, we want to say that we hope you're using and enjoying your candle!

But to answer your question we recommend burning within 12 months for the best results.

Do you offer sample sizes?

Currently we do not, but this is something that we plan to offer in the near future. Please check back often!

PRODUCT CARE + USE

How often should I trim my candle wick?

You do not need to trim your wick prior to the first burn. We've already taken care of that for you.

However, we do recommend that you trim the wick to 1/4" before each subsequent burn. This will extend your candle life and help prevent smoke and soot.

How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?

While our candles are designed to burn evenly from edge to edge, short burn times can still cause a candle to tunnel.

We recommend allowing your candle to burn long enough for the entire top layer of wax to become liquified. This may take more than an hour to achieve.

Our orders process in 1-2 business days. Busy periods such as holidays may delay processing times slightly.

Upon shipping, your candle should arrive in 1-6 business days depending upon your location.
