Do you offer private label options?

We are very proud and protective of our brand. We put a lot of care into each scent and how it is presented to our customers. Because of this, we do not offer private label opportunities.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What is the shelf life of a Moment At Home candle?

We hope you're using and enjoying your candle! But to answer your question we recommend burning within 12 months for the best results.

Do you offer sample sizes?

Yes! We have multiple options for you.

You can utilize our custom built Discovery Sets or buy individual 2oz Travel Tins.

Product Use + Care

How often should I trim my wick?

You do not need to trim your wick prior to the first burn. We've already taken care of that for you.

However, we do recommend that you trim the wick to 1/4" before each subsequent burn. This will extend your candle life and help prevent soot. You can learn more about candle care here.

How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?

While our candles are designed to burn evenly from edge to edge, short burn times can still cause a candle to tunnel.

We recommend allowing your candle to burn long enough for the entire top layer of wax to become liquified. This may take 2-3 hours to achieve.

If you do experience tunneling, this can be corrected by wrapping a bit of tinfoil around the exterior of the candle while burning to retain heat. Always keep an eye on the candle while doing this and remove the foil as soon as desired result has been achieved.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payments are captured immediately upon order placement.

When will I receive my order?

Our orders process in 1-2 business days. Busy periods such as holidays may delay processing times slightly.

Upon shipping, your candle should arrive in 2-5 business days depending upon your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Moment At Home currently only ships within the US and its territories.

However our Amazon Store does offering shipping to Canada and Mexico.

We are in the process of obtaining a partner for shipments worldwide so please check back often!
